High quality, manual could be better.

This device, in combination with the Platform, oozes quality. Very well built.

The remote controller could be better documented - the online instructions are better than the included start guide but are still a bit unclear in places. However xTool support very responsive.

With the Platform there is one minor issue - the press slides out of the Platform with the slightest tilt when moving it.
Support says screw in the grub screws but they were already fully in.
Tip: remove the M5x8mm cap-point grub screws in the Platform and replace with M5x8mm cone-pointed screws. Problem solved!

Not impressed at all

I invested in this press as my business is growing to make pressing my items more efficient and easier. However it has been the complete opposite. The results are very inconsistent which is disappointing given the price of it. I have reverted back to using my old press. I also am shocked that my previous review has been deleted as this is supposed to be a space where people can leave an honest review and their thoughts on the product.
