xTool Creators Club ("XCC") rewards program is offered by uk.xtool.com. Membership in the XCC is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. You are either 16 years old or older or the age of legal consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is older, to be eligible for Membership. Eligible minors must obtain their parent's or legal guardian's consent prior to participation.
By applying for membership in the XCC rewards program, you agree (or if you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian agrees) to be bound by these terms of service ("terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or participate in the xTool Creators Club.
After joining xTool Creators Club, your membership is valid for a lifetime.
XCC is one way in which xTool endeavors to reward and thank loyal customers for patronizing our business and purchasing xTool products. XCC members are able to earn and accumulate xTool points that can be redeemed for xTool reward benefits at uk.xtool.com. Besides, XCC members can get new member privileges and monthly coupons.

In order to earn points through purchases and other earning actions, please make sure that you have registered as an XCC member and have been in the logged-in state. If you are not in the logged-in state, your purchases and earning actions cannot be tracked by system.
4.1.1 Earning Points
xTool points can be used to deduct payment for products on the xTool online store (for uk.xtool.com only). You can earn points by making purchases at uk.xTool online store in the following ways:
*Notice: To ensure that you can get the points from xTool Community tasks, kindly make sure the email used to create account in Community is the same as xTool.
4.1.2 Redeem Points to Deduct Payment
xTool points may be redeemed to deduct payment at xTool online store (for uk.xtool.com only). Please kindly note that you must be in the logged-in status to invoke your points in the checkout process. Every 50 points can be redeemed for ￡1. Your points must be equal to or greater than 50 points to be redeemed for deductions. When you click the "Redeem" button, your points will be turned into a deduction amount. Your points will be deducted from your account right after you complete the order.
*Notice: Part of the payment deducted by points cannot be rewarded with points.
4.1.3 Return Points
Your xTool point balance will be impacted by returns as followed:
4.1.4 Point Expiration
All your points will expire after 2 years in the calendar year. For example, if you earn the points in 2022, the points will expire at 23:59:59pm, 31st December, 2023 (GMT+1). Points will be cleared after the expiration date.
4.1.5 Additional Terms of xTool Points
The discount code for materials is unique per user account.
The coupon code for accessories is unique per user account.
We may change these terms, terms of use, terms of sale (provided on the checkout page at xTool online store), xTool privacy policy, after-sales service policies, or any aspect of xTool Creators Club rewards program at our discretion without providing notice of such changes. The latest terms can be found on the xTool online store website (xtool.com). If any change to these terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. Your continued use of XCC benefits after we change these terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
If you violate these terms or any applicable law, are involved in fraud, misuse the XCC benefits, or are harmful to our interests or the interests of other users, we may clear your XCC benefits at our discretion without notice. If we do so, we will not provide any refund to you. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.
In addition to other limitations and exclusions in terms of use, our total liability, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, will not exceed the total XCC benefits you have. This limitation of liability will apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and will survive cancellation or termination of your XCC benefits.
