Yes — when using blue-light cuttable (colored) acrylic designed for diode lasers. Standard clear acrylic usually won't cut with a blue diode laser, so choose acrylic labeled diode/blue-light cuttable, or opt to engrave clear acrylic instead.
You can try, but printing directly on untreated acrylic isn't recommended. Apply Transparent Print Primer Spray first to improve adhesion and color.
