xTool SuccessLab Terms and Conditions

Introduction
xTool ("xTool," "we," "us," or "our") welcomes you to participate in the xTool SuccessLab Program ("the Program"). By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
You have the right to choose whether to participate in the Program. By becoming one of the participants you will receive our educational seminar and you agree to sharing your content on social media channels (pictures or videos and all the components contained therein, e.g. sounds, lines, visual design, etc., collectively, “Content”), you (A) acknowledge that you have read and understood all the Content provisions in these T&Cs; and (B) agree to be bound by these Ts&Cs.
If you do not agree to any of the terms in these Ts&Cs, please do not participate in this program.

1. Eligibility
・Participation is open to small business owners and people who are interested in starting their small business.
・Applicants must complete the sign-up form to be considered for the seminar.People who signed up for xTool SuccessLab will also receive the startup package.

2. xTool SuccessLab Seminar Details
・The first session of xTool SuccessLab Seminars will be hosted on 6th July 9 PM ET.
・The application will close on July 5th.
・The first session xTool SuccessLab Seminar has only 15 seats available.
・We will select 15 participants internally from those who sign up via the official form.
・The seminar will be conducted online, and details will be provided to the selected participants.
・Selected participants will be notified by email and must confirm their participation within 3 days of notification.

3. F1 Ultra Giveaway
・After completing the seminar, participants must share their experience on social media using the hashtag #xToolSuccessLab
・Posts should include insights, takeaways, and feedback from the seminar.
・One participant will be chosen based on the creativity, engagement, and quality of their social media posts.
・The winner will receive an xTool F1 Ultra as a reward.
・The decision of the judging panel is final and binding.

4. Prize Details
・The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
・xTool reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value if necessary.

5. General Conditions
・By participating, you agree to allow xTool to use your name, likeness, and social media posts for promotional purposes.
・xTool reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
・Any personal information collected during the program will be used in accordance with xTool’s Privacy Policy.

6. Liability
・xTool is not responsible for any technical issues, lost or delayed entries, or other events outside of our control.
・Participants release xTool from any liability arising from their participation in the program or the acceptance of any prize.

7. Governing Law
・These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which xTool operates.
・Any disputes arising from this program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
