I am very pleased with my new machine. I am not a wizz with the Computer and thought I would struggle but I am finding it is a lot easier to use than expected. I still have a lot to learn but enjoying the learning prossess.
This is my first experience with lasers and Xtool delivered. The whole experience was amazing from the delivery and packaging to easy assembly and I was cutting/engraving straight away thanks to the free sample materials. The customer service was also first rate I joined the official Xtool group on Facebook and when I had a small problem with the air assist one of Xtool professionals helped me pinpoint the problem and eventually they took care of getting a. Re part out to me I. No time at all. I’m now making better things every day and I’m enjoying every minute of it.
I purchased the stool D1 pro and have done some work with it and found it to be fantastic. The items arrived packed extremely well and to assemble it with the instruction book was so simply.

Followed instructions given to build. A mixture of free items in box and safety glasses to get you started. Downloaded software and creative space again without any issues. Completed first project from creative space within two hours of building machine and connecting to all of above. Exceptional precision and versatility! The laser cutter and engraver exceeded my expectations. The user-friendly software made my intricate design a breeze, while the sturdy construction ensures durability. From wood to acrylic, it effortlessly tackles various materials. The engraving detail is impeccable, creating stunning results so far. An investment worth every penny for hobbyists like myself. Whilst I did follow the project from creative space I must admit I lack basic knowledge of laser cutting and engraving and I’m now finding that I’m really struggling with creative space and learning the basics. Last year I was gifted a cricut maker and found using cricut software their and following Jennifer Maker from her online webpage and tutorials a joyful experience. I’m not getting this using the xtool just now. I’m hoping someone in your groups will guide me in the right direction to gaining more understanding into this craft and offering advice as to someone online like Jennifer Maker but who do laser and cutting tutorials explaining exactly what your doing and why. I’m sure I’m not the only customer new to this craft and feeling at a loss with just creative space alone. Again many thanks I’m looking forward to learning and creating
