Yes. Just make sure to connect the AP2 purifier first and then the IF2 2.0, or it might affect performance. However, it’s not necessary to use them together. Each can work perfectly on its own, so you can choose based on what suits your needs best.

The diameter size that the product can adapt to is 3 inches，as long as the size of the smoke exhaust pipe of the laser machine meets the requirements.

The IF2 2.0 is ideal for venting smoke outside. If you don't have access to venting outdoors, then an air purifier will be recommended.

Extra Umf

Ordered IF2 to replace my existing 75mm extraction fan as there were fumes escaping the top of the guard on my F1 Ultra, which has no 'air assist' facility, when processing MDF.
The extra suction Umf provided by the more powerful IF2 helps eliminate this problem.
In the instructions for the IF2 it would be useful to point out the buttons on the control unit are 'touch' operated and not mechanical like the F1U's on/off switch.
The only downside for me is that the IF2 is noisier than the fan it has replaced but not unbearably so but this is offset by its efficiency.
