Faultless out of the box, very easy to setup and software easy to use

Ordered on Tuesday afternoon and delivered on Friday morning!! Had a fun time at the weekend getting to know the basics. Brilliant results and so easy to get going straight out of the box!! Awesome bundle absolutely delighted and already planning my next machine!!

Great machine, haven't had a chance to try the screen printing but looking forward to using it.

Such a versatile machine. I went for the option with extraction and rotary axis. It's such a clever item, so well designed. It was very easy to set up and get going. It has constant software upgrades which always seems to have new features. The AI image generation on the software is very good.

I bought an F1 Ultra bundle primarily to learn about the technology rather than make money. However, in the first week of use, a friend has asked me for 100 coasters and offered double the price I asked! 😄
It has so much capability across a wide spectrum of materials that I will be learning for some time. That said, it has been possible to produce a number of impressive outputs across multiple materials which speaks to the excellent design of machine and software. Thank you xTool, this old dog is learning many new tricks! 😄

I love my M1 but wanted more options for metal etching on memorial jewellery I make. I had been deliberating between the F1 and F1U for a few months but budget and space for the machine were big considerations and I decided on the F1. I am still learning on it but so far I love it and am very happy that I made the right choice for my needs. xTool service was excellent as ever with the machine delivered within 3 days and as always packaged beautifully.

Easy to use. Well built. So many accessory options

I've had the S1 for a few weeks now. I love the simplicity of how to use the machine. The set up was straight forward and fast. The "How To" videos on the website could be updated with the latest programming. The layout is different making it time consuming to learn where everything is. But back to the SI the diode laser is simply amazing. Not having to wait for the proper operating temperature is a huge plus for me. The machine is quiet and quick!

I love my S1! So much power and now with the IR I can do so many different items. I did tons of research before buying and I am so glad that I went with Xtool. I see all the time people complaining about customer service with one of the other laser companies, but I have never seen anyone complain about Xtool's customer service.
I contacted customer service last week because I had a question. I had previously bought a rotary for my D1 and when I bought my S1 I bought the bundle and it came with a rotary. Since I already had one they are allowing me to return it and get a credit. They were quick with their response and gave me very clear directions on returning and when I should see the credit. I felt they did an awesome job with communication and service. A++++

I love this thing, i consider myself a jack of all, and this definitely expands on what I do for projects, currently working on a Wall-E costume for my son out of cardboard and its working great!

I've been using the xTool S1 for several months. It's a super versatile machine, capable of cutting and engraving many materials. I have used it to make Christmas tree ornaments, household decorations, gifts, and most recently, acrylic key ring tags for a friend's business. I engraved my stainless travel mug with a military insignia, and have had friends request that I engrave theirs as well.

I recently purchased the xTool S1 Diode Laser and I am absolutely blown away by its versatility and how easy it is to use. As a woodworker, this machine will take my creations to another level. I highly recommend this product, you will not go wrong.
