The RA2 made engraving wine glasses so much easier. The only thing I could think of to improve on it would be to somehow engineer the ability to tilt the motor and it's jaw up to accommodate larger shaped glasses thereby making it unnecessary to find something to prop up one end of the RA2 so that the wine glass is even.
I have been a CNC user for years and this system is a game changer. Since I received my Laser combo I have been creating laser Christmas gifts. The laser was easy to set up and use. It accurately cuts and engraves wood and metal alike. I can't express how impressed I am with this system's quality and ease of use.
WOW, this opens up a new door for being creative! Instructions for assembly and use were easy to follow.
I do wish the electrical connection was different instead of having to plug and unplug the patch cord especially for us with big hands.
Overall a FANTASTIC product!
