Seems good just trying to get points
I bought the deluxe version as it comes with loads of extras you wish you bought once you use it. The software is very easy to use. I can see what I want to engrave via a built-in camera. Lots of pre sets for different materials.
Had an issue with grinding noise when returning to home position sent details x2 on customer support and had no reply. Had to reduce video size and quality due to low image size/memory. Posted on A xtool Facebook page and found several people had experienced similar problem which is air assist hose hitting exhaust fan. Repositioned fan and now ok and quite happy with results now.
I am very happy with my machine!
This exceeded my impressions and more! So happy I went with xtool instead of Glowforge. I am happy with the speed, the material's that can be used. The price was great and shipping is super fast!
