I bought the 10W D1 pro and I am so happy with it! I’ve tried a few different things in the months since I purchased it (mainly viking inspired). The machine is quiet, fast, versatile and gives great results!

I am delighted that I decided to buy the XTool. I looked at a lot of options. This product goes together beautifully and appears robust and well designed and well made.
The software is easy to use and I am already using it to develop my work in ways I had not anticipated.
I like the fact I can buy add on elements as I need them.
If you are not sure which laser to buy, I do think the XTool is amazing value. Delivery was super quick as well.

I have the older 5w, and love it. I was getting ready to buy this one, due to the price and how easy it was to use my older one. It burns very clear. Even people are shocked how clear the engravings are. I ended up going for the f1, but if you wanna dab your feet into laser engraving. This is the best one to do it with. Don't go for the other cheap ones
After many months of wanting a laser machine and looking at all available ones out there I finally bit the bullet and purchased the 1D Pro 10W and am having a blast. Never really intended to sell anything I made but friends are loving what I am doing and asking for stuff. I have just started out and I am sure there are many things I will be learning along the way but for now I am super happy with my purchase.
This is my second D1 pro and I love this laser engraver. The machine is great quality and very accurate. I always use the usb cable and have no problem with either machine. I do find the wifi option is good, but too unreliable especially using the mobile app. I had it disconnect twice while doing a customer's order and ruined the workpieces as there is no way to resume the job from where it stops. Apart from that issue love the ra2 rollers and chuck they work great and allow for many different shapes and sizes of work pieces. Finally love the regular improvements to the xcs software.
