Official Sweepstakes Rules
The xTool C1 Launch Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by the legal entity identified as the operator of the website hosting this Sweepstakes in that website’s Terms of Service (“Sponsor”). Sponsor’s legal name and address are set out in those Terms of Service.
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or YouTube. Any inquiries regarding this Sweepstakes are to be directed to Sponsor.
The Sweepstakes starts at 8:00 a.m. BST on October 20, 2026, and ends when the free entry window announced during the xTool C1 launch livestream on November 6, 2026 closes. Deposit Entries must be placed by 1:00 a.m. GMT on November 6, 2026. Sponsor’s computer will be the official time-keeping device. Entries received after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
These Official Sweepstakes Rules (“Rules”) constitute a legally binding agreement by and between Sponsor and entrant and govern entry in the Sweepstakes. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of these Sweepstakes Rules which shall be final in all respects. Failure to comply with these Rules will void participant’s entry. Winning a prize (“Prize(s)”) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any other Sweepstakes or promotional materials and the terms and conditions of these Rules, these Rules shall prevail, govern and control.
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the countries and territories expressly listed as eligible on the Sweepstakes page who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in their place of residence at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate family members or household members, are not eligible to participate. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

All eligible entries have an equal chance of winning. A purchase or deposit will not increase the chances of winning. Participation is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Rules.
AN ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANT MAY ENTER THIS SWEEPSTAKES ONLY ONE (1) TIME REGARDLESS OF METHOD OF ENTRY.
One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place during the xTool C1 launch livestream on November 6, 2026, after the free entry window closes, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Rules.
The winner will receive one (1) xTool C1 Color Cutter Deluxe, with an approximate retail value (ARV) of £499 GBP.
Winners are considered potential winners pending verification of eligibility and compliance with these Rules. Each winner can only win one prize. Prize(s) are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, except at Sponsor’s discretion.
Odds of winning the Sweepstakes prize(s) are subject to the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. At Sponsor’s discretion, any unclaimed prize(s) may not be awarded.
Potential Winners will be notified via email by November 9, 2026, at 2:00 AM GMT. If a potential winner cannot be contacted or fails to comply with these Rules, the prize will be forfeited.
By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims or liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, receipt, or use of any prize(s). Sponsor makes no warranties regarding the prize(s), which is provided “as is.”
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes or these Rules at any time, including in the event of fraud, technical failure, force majeure, sanctions, export or import restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Participants must provide accurate information and comply with all event rules. Any attempt to manipulate the promotion, provide false information, or obtain multiple gifts unfairly will result in disqualification.
Prize delivery may be limited or unavailable in certain countries or territories due to applicable laws, customs requirements, carrier restrictions, hazardous materials, oversized items, or address limitations. Winners are solely responsible for any taxes, customs duties, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, or other charges associated with receiving or using a prize, unless Sponsor expressly states otherwise in writing.
If any provision of these Rules is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision will be modified to the extent necessary to preserve Sponsor’s original intent.
These Rules and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws specified in the Terms of Service of the website hosting this Sweepstakes.
The winner’s name may be announced via email from order.confirmation@xtool.com.
Personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be processed by Sponsor and its service providers to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact winners, deliver prizes, and comply with applicable legal obligations, in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website hosting this Sweepstakes.
