xTool UK rewards program is offered by uk.xtool.com. Membership in the xTool Rewards program is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual.

After joining xTool UK rewards program, your membership is valid for a lifetime.

2. About xTool UK Rewards Program

xTool UK rewards program is one way in which xTool endeavors to reward and thank loyal customers for patronizing our business and purchasing xTool products. Members are able to earn and accumulate xTool points that can be redeemed to discount, limited free products or limited brand gift at uk.xtool.com.

3.1 Sign up through personal info

You will be required to provide the following information:

  • First name
  • Email address
  • Password

You need to pass slider verification before successfully creating an account. Personal information which you provide to us for purposes of creating an account will be held pursuant to xTool Privacy Policy and may be processed by xTool. Information on xTool data protection practices and xTool Privacy Policy is available on this Website.

4. Benefits of xTool UK Rewards Program

As an xTool UK rewards program member, you may be eligible for the following benefits:

4.1 xTool Point Rewards

In order to earn points through purchases and other earning actions, please make sure that you have registered as an rewards program member and have been in the logged-in state. If you are not in the logged-in state, your purchases and earning actions cannot be tracked by system.

4.1.1 Earning Points

xTool points can be used to deduct payment for products on the uk.xtool.com (for uk.xtool.com only). You can earn points at xTool online store through the following ways:

  • Shopping: You will get 1 point for ￡1 you spend at the xTool online store. And every 50 points can be redeemed for ￡1 in the checkout process. The return ratio is 2%. When you purchase physical products, the points will be credited to your account right after you complete the order.
  • Create an account: You can get 200 points right after creating an account successfully. The points will be valid right after you complete the task.
  • Like xTool UK Facebook Page: You can get 50 points right after like xTool uk facebook page successfully. The points will be valid right after you complete the task. 
  •  Share on Facebook: You can get 100 points right after sharing on Facebook successfully. The points will be valid right after you complete the task. 
  • Share on Twitter: You can get 100 points right after sharing on Twitter successfully. The points will be valid right after you complete the task. 
  • Follow xTool.uk on Instagram: You can get 50 points right after follow xTool.uk on instagram successfully. The points will be valid right after you complete the task.

    *Notice: To ensure that you can get the points from xTool UK tasks, kindly make sure the email used to create account in rewards program is the same one you use it to pucharse products or subscibe email list on uk.xtool.com

    4.1.2 Redeem Points to Discount

    xTool points can be redeemed to deduct payment at uk.xtool.com  (for uk.xtool.com only). Please kindly note that you must be in the logged-in status to invoke your points in the checkout process. Every 50 points can be redeemed for ￡1. Your points must be equal to or greater than 50 points to be redeemed for deductions. When you click  "Ways to Redeem">" View"  button, your rewards prgram panel will show you the discount amount that can  be turned by your current points. Click" Redeem", you can get the discount code, you can click "apply code" then it will be auto applied when you add product on your cart. 

    *Notice: Part of the payment deducted by points cannot be rewarded with points.

    4.1.3 Points Using Condition

    • Max points to redeem per time 2500 ponits 
    • Refer friends to puchase you and your friends both will get ￡20 off, minimum purchase amount ￡200

    4.1.4 Return Points

    Your xTool point balance will be impacted by returns as followed:

    • If you cancel the total order before fulfillment, the points you get from the order will be returned to xTool.
    • If you partially cancel your order before fulfillment, the corresponding part of points you get from the order will be returned to xTool.
    • If you refund the total order after signing the receipt, the points you get from the order will be returned to xTool.
    • If you partially refund your order after signing the receipt, the corresponding part of points you get from the order will be returned to xTool.
    • After redeeming the points, if you cancel the total order, the points you have redeemed will be returned to your account right after the order cancellation completes.
    • After redeeming the points, if you partially cancel your order, the points you have redeemed will not be returned.
    • After redeeming the points, if you get the total order refunded, the points you have redeemed will be returned to your account right after the order refund completes.
    • After redeeming the points, if you partially get your order refunded, the points you have redeemed will not be returned.

    4.1.4 Point Expiration

    All your points will expire after 2 years in the calendar year. For example, if you earn the points in 2023, the points will expire at 23:59:59pm, 31st December, 2024 (PDT). Points will be cleared after the expiration date.

    4.1.5 Additional Terms of xTool Points

    • You must have at least 50 points. Then you can redeem the points to deduct payment.
    • xTool points can only be used at uk.xtool.com and cannot be used at xtool.com, Amazon mall, and other channels.
    • The final interpretation right of the points belongs to xTool.
    • xTool points are non-transferable.
    • xTool points cannot be exchanged for cash.

    5.1 Agreement Changes

    We may change these terms, terms of use, terms of sale during big sale like brand anniversary or black friday, you would see those changes on Rewards Program Pannel or this page.

    5.2 Termination by Us

    If you violate these terms or any applicable law, are involved in fraud, misuse the Rewards program's benefits, or are harmful to our interests or the interests of other users, we may clear your points at our discretion without notice. If we do so, we will not provide any refund to you. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.
